The last time I wrote one of these, I was starting as a freshman. Well, I'm a senior now. Freshman me..you were wrong. High school doesn't suck. High school has changed me so much, and I feel so much better about myself. I've blossomed in so many ways. Ways I didn't think /school/ would change. I love my new friends, new style, new courses. As my last year, I can say I /will/ miss being in school. So, freshman Maddie, enjoy your first year. I promise, swear, it literally gets better. Even if it feels worse, it's actually better. One more year, Maddie. We did it.

So far this whole "starting high school" thing SUCKS. I've literally been seperated from all my friends and only have lunch with 1 friend. Possibly 2. But i wanted to have fun during class and just be more comfertable with the surrowndings at first. Of course i want to meet new people but i want to get used to everything first. I really don't wanna just ditch my other friends either. School dances, more homework, different teachers and teaching styles? Can 1 freshman girl handle all this? All so suddenly? All i can do is hope. I want someone to tell me everything is going to be ok and being a freshman should have pros and cons and i'm just go
